  • What is your shipping timeframe?
    Our shipping times average 2-3 weeks as most of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. We understand that this timeframe is longer than what you might find with other stores, but we are hopeful that the cost of our products, compared to other stores, will make the wait worth it! Our products come from all over the world so it takes longer to get to you. We try not to offer any products that take longer than three weeks to arrive. Some items ship quicker as well, but the average time is two or three weeks.
  • Can I get exepedited shipping on my item?
    We are sorry, but we do not offer expedited shipping at this time on items. It is something we would like to offer to our clients, but it is not ready at this time.
  • Where do your products come from?
    Our products come from all over the world, including the United States.
  • Why can't I return seasonal items?
    A seasonal item is defined as an item that was delivered to you before the holiday for which it was ordered. For example, if you order a Christmas tree and it is delivered on December 15th, you cannot return this item after Christmas. This is to ensure we can continue to offer our products at a discount price. Our return window is two weeks from the date of delivery, except for seasonal items. However, if your product is damaged or defective (or you've changed your mind about the product), please contact us when the product is delivered (and before the holiday). This way, we can ensure you will receive credit for the item even if it is not returned until after the holiday.
