The frame and the background are both 100% wood.
The wood background is painted in matte white with the lettering painted directly onto the wooden background.
Signs are then sealed so they can be wiped clean with a damp rag if needed.
Saw-tooth hangers are installed on the back for easy hanging.
Please keep in mind that each piece of wood takes stain differently and has its own unique imperfections (knots & grain).
