RETURN POLICY
Please contact The Seasons Shoppe via email (info@theSeasonsShoppe.com) to initiate a return. Returns are accepted within two weeks of delivery date. Returns (except for defective items) are paid by the customer. Some items are subject to our seasonal return policy. If items are ordered and received prior to the holiday for which they were ordered, they cannot be returned after the holiday. For example, if an order is placed for a Christmas item and is received on December 15, the item cannot be returned after December 25th. If you receive a defective item or an item is not the quality you were expecting, please reach out via email at info@theSeaonsShoppe.com within seven (7) days of receiving the damaged item or the item may not be returned. We want all customers to be satisfied with their purchase and guarantee all purchases!
SHIPPING POLICY
Our average shipping time (arrival) is two weeks. Some items may arrive faster, and some may arrive after two weeks. However, we try not to offer any products that take longer than three weeks. We source our products from around the world and most products arrive directly from the supplier so they do not include Seasons Shoppe labeling.
